Steel Pipe-Based Posts

A steel pipe-based post keeps all wood above the ground. This helps to prevent the rotting that occurs when wood is set into the ground, sparing property owners from costly repairs and greatly improving the longevity of their fence. 

Steel Framed Gates

Premier Fence, Inc. is committed to providing our customers the highest quality products and fence services possible. As such, we are the original installers in the Snohomish County area that have integrated a steel frame into our cedar gates. By building on the steel frame we avoid sagging that is typically seen in aging gates without metal frames. Gate frames are available in either galvanized or black finish.

Estate

Our most popular style - a simple panel that fits great in any neighborhood. Each section has a top, mid, and bottom 2x4 rail and - as with all our fence styles - comes with your choice of 1x4 or 1x5.5 face boards. 

Modified Estate

Like the Estate Style, top, mid, and bottom 2x4 rails frame one side while top fascia adds an extra finishing touch to the other.

Mod Panel

Probably the most fence for the money! Similar to the Estate Style fence, but has a fourth 2x4 top cap that protects the ends of face boards and adds overall strength.

Custom Mod Panel

Like the Mod Panel, but an elevated 2x4 creates a “picture frame” look to add beauty and durability.

Alta Top

A more contemporary style fence. The alternating high-low boards offer a more decorative, light-filtering style while still maintaining privacy.

Lattice Top

Built with four 2x4’s per section. Privacy grade lattice is double-stapled and the top two 2x4’s are dadoed to secure lattice.

Board on Board

An upgrade to any style! Face boards are overlapped and provide excellent visual privacy. Top fascia can also be added as an option.

Full Panel

A “good neighbor” style fence that looks, essentially, the same from either side. Built with top, mid, and bottom 2x4’s on one side and top and bottom fascia on the other with a 2x4 top cap.
